I have 2 cams, a C110 inside and a C310 outside, bought last March 2023.

Since I changed my phone (I used to have a Xiaomi 10C, now I have a Motorola Edge40 I reinstalled both of them.

No problems for the C100, but the C310 every 2/3 days goes to fix orange led and every time I have to redo the installation process.

Is it possible to fix this problem, please?

You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if the camera loses connection regularly.

Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1.  When the camera is working, please go to the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and see its signal strength. If the Wi-Fi signal is not strong, it's recommended to move the camera closer to the router.
2. You can try to swap the Tapo C110 and C310, then check if the Tapo C310 will work fine.
