I am looking for automating the house temperature by starting/stopping the floor heating pumps based on the room temperature. For this the Tapo T310 combined with P115 seems ideal. However I want to further automate it all by reading out the temperature of my boiler. Now I have a seperate (not smart) system reading the temperature of my boiler. To be able to do that I am looking for a sensor that has the option to add an external temperature sensor.

I saw that Fibaro has the option, however I was not planning to add an entire Fibaro or Homey system at home. Does the T310 or T315 have the option to add an external temperature sensor or is there another sensor that TPlink Tapo has that has that option?

Since your system is not intelligent, the temperature data it reads cannot be used in automation settings.

Configuring a Tapo T310 or T315 with a Tapo smart plug indoors is a way to control the plug switch to turn on the boiler through room temperature changes.

It should be noted that T310 and T315 are not outdoor products and can only be used indoors. In addition, the Plug has restrictions on the power type of the load device. Please check the product specification to confirm whether it can connect to your boiler.
