Model: Tapo P110
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

As I complained almost 5 months ago, the data export is buggy. The menu item is called 'Export all data', but if selected, only the data of the last week will be exported. This is a pointless (mal)function.

Obviously, tp-link cannot accept that the data collected are the property of the user.

Why is the data persistently not made available for download on my desktop computer, which is capable of systematic evaluation? This question has also been unanswered for 5 months.

The exported data is consistent with the information in the App. The energy consumption displays data for the day, month, and year, and the power displays data for the last 24 hours and the last 7 days. By switching the different worksheets in the exported XLS file, you're able to view all the available data.

What data is missing in your case? Energy consumption? How about the information displayed in the App?

If you're referring to the power data, as explained above, neither the Tapo App nor the exported data show more than one week's worth of data. It is normal in this case.

@Wayne-TP In the app there are displayed energy consumption data fro m the beginning of use in may/2023 on. By export of all data I get an email with too attachments: energy_ consumptoon.xls and power.xls. Opening energy_consumption.xls with libreoffice calc there are three layer. The layer titled year does not show data from 2023 at all, the layer month shows data from the last three months, and the layer day contains data from the current month. The export give's only a small part of the data the app shows.

Just double-checked with the relevant team, the export function can only export the data of the current year, and the data of the previous year will not appear in the exported data table together.

However, the good news is that this feature will be updated soon, and the exported energy consumption data will be consistent with the information displayed in the App by that time. If this part of information is needed at the moment, you can simply read and record the data in the App.
