Allow colors in the Android application to be set by manually entering the hex value

Allow colors to be changed by manually entering the hexadecimal value as an alternative to just using the color wheel or color strip.
This would greatly facilitate being consistent across:
- multiple devices and
- multiple ways of setting color (on device, on schedule and on shortcut action)
This would also be of help for color-blind people.

If there's already such feature registered, sorry - I missed it.
