Hi community, I own a tapo p105 and it is always powered on. Even if I use the app or alexa to shut it down, the plug is always on. The led is working setting turn off, turn on, but the power is always on.
Please help.
What appliance is connected to the plug? Please provide the model, rated power, and current. (And a website link if you purchased it online.)
How about using the power button? Try to leave it unplugged for a while then test it again.
