How do I boost temp for a preset time period for a single KE100 or multiple KE100s?
May I ask what you are aiming for with this feature request? Energy savings?
Please note that the Kasa KE100 is not a heating appliance, it is a thermostat valve that assists the heating appliance (e.g. boiler) in adjusting the temperature by adjusting the flow of hot water. Turning it on for a short time and then immediately turning it off, the temperature will drop rapidly, and turning it back on will consume more energy.
KE100 has a Smart Control (schedule) function that allows you to set different temperatures at different periods. You can take a look and this may meet your needs.
