I have a problem with remote control activation and the cmd error illustrates when I tried.
I just do the given solution "off the firewall and DNS set" as you instructed but the problem does not dissolve.
Please help me
How about a factory reset? If LB120's remote control still fails to turn on, you can try configuring the light bulb to guest WiFi or hotspot network for comparison testing.
Make sure there are no settings on the router that might block the internet access of the smart bulb, such as parental control, access control/blacklist, or ad-blocker, etc.
