Android widget of Tapo P100(1-pack)(EU) is not working at all.
I have successfully added device in the app and it's working perfectly through app but when I try to use it through widget it's not working at all.
Tapo app version: 3.2.808
Please suggest solution.

What kind of widget are you using? Shortcut? Device Quick Control?
Was there any error message when you tried to use the widget?
What's the model and Android version of your phone?

It's not showing any error message. It's showing buffering animation and doesn't working.

Actually i would like to figure out if you're adding the smart plug itself as a widget, or did you add it to a Shortcut, and then add the shortcut as a widget instead? How to create Smart Action (automation or a shortcut) of my Tapo devices
A Shortcut can control multiple devices with a single click, when the desired device operation is added.
For example, a Shortcut for movie night can be created like this.
1. Turn off ceiling lights.
2. Turn on background light strips and set to 30% light blue
If you're adding Shortcut as a widget, we need to check what the device operation you added. If the action of the smart plug is set to Turn On in your shortcut widget, you will never turn off the smart plug by using this widget.
