Hub not ringing

Model: Tapo H100

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.5.10

Hub doesn't ring when motion detected by motion sensor.

I get a push notification on phone.

The settings in automation. Are when motion detected then smart hub ring.

The hub rings whenmthe ring button is selected on the app.

Notificatons are all on and nothing is selected to privacy.

All firmware is updated.

Can you share your automation settings here? A screenshot will be enough.

Do you see any error in the automation History (App ->Smart ->Upper right corner, History)?
