I want to trigger Power Off when power consumption goes down below a certain level (2w). 

Today it only seems that you can't trigger upon Powerconsuption.

This is not an available feature indeed. You may vote for this feature request post and share your thoughts there. P110 smart plug low power consumption threshold to turn off
 

Such as what you need it for? 2W is a small value, is it the standby power of any electric device? Phone charger?
