We set the T110 on the front door paired with the H200 Hub to trigger an automation and play a sound when the door is opened, but it has been a week and we cant get it to work like it has for almost 4 months now.

 

We've also noticed that the time registered in the T110 is wrong for about 20 mins (ex. Door is opened at 7:20am and it shows it was opened at 7:00am), but it shows live on the app, so we think its not a connection issue. We already rebooted the T110, removed it from the app, and paired it again, erased the Automation and set it up again.

 

My theory is that the Automation is not triggered because it somehow thinks its a past event (because of the wrong time registered), so it doesn't need to play the sound.

Can you share the automation settings here (screenshot)? 

 

What's the signal strength of the T110? (App ->Device's Settings ->Device Info, click the signal icon to check the RSSI rate.) If it gets a weak signal, try to move the hub closer to it.

Please also check the signal strength of the hub as well.

 

 

Strong: more than -50 dBm

Good to Average: among -70 dBm to-50 dBm

Poor: less than -70 dBm

 

Note: If RSSI is less than -70dBm, the signal is too weak.

  @Wayne-TP it seems to be the weak signal from the TP110, the Hub is connected via ethernet. Thankyou, we will try to move them closer
