Model: Tapo P100

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 20231017 Rel. 33876

Hello! My Tapo P100 always gets the Operation Failed whenever it gets replugged to the outlet. Resetting the Tapo fixes it however the problem returns when I plug it again. Is there a better solution or my Tapo Smart Plug is busted?
