Hi,
This D230S1 can be normally used for pass 2 months and when sudden unable to link with Hub H200 few days ago.
I had tried to remove and reconnect/pair the both of them but keep failed.
The hub H200 have no issue to reconnect but the doorbell is unable.
I had been tried to reset/ different IOS phone / different email address still unable to resolve.
Based on available threads in this community, none of the questions been answered!!!!
anyone managed to re-pairing? or the final solution is return to service center?
