Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra looses connection to the network
When my Samsung S24 Ultra connects to the network, the it looses connection for a while and then reconnect. Anyone who knows what to do?
It did not happen on my old mesh (Google) and it doesn't happen with any of the other 20+ devices.

Hi
I was in dialogue with a tech expert from tp, who gave me a beta version of the next release. That fixed the problem.

Hi, did the Samsung S24 Ultra connect to the 6G network or MLO network?
How often did it lose the connection or are you able to constantly reproduce the issue in a short time?
May I know the model number of the original Google Mesh? Is it also a Wi-Fi 7 Mesh system?
If it is connected to MLO network now, I hope you could connect it to the separate 6GHz network, then turn off "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP to see whether the stability gets improved.
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP Sorry for the late reply, I had to investigate further do give you a proper answer
In general
When I return after having been away from the network for a longer time (at work or similar) 9 out ot 10 times i loose connection to the network one time. What I have realized is that it all devices that looses connection as if the network restarts (other devises also looses connection for approx. 30-60 seconds).
I am not using MLO - when I connect to the main access point I connect with Wifi 7, on the other points with Wifi 6

Hi, Thank you very much for the update.
I would also follow up on your case via email and ask the senior engineer for further assistance.
You could check whether you received my email. And if you have any more details, you could also update the email directly.
Thanks a lot and best regards.
