Hi everyone,

 

I tried sharing my device to others, but a pop up message appears and it says "Network is unstable. Please try again later."

I have checked my wifi connection and everything is working fine. 

I have tried using my mobile data and the same message appears.

Everything in the app is also working fine except for when I want to share the device.

I have also restart / reboot my phone. I am using iphone 15 if that helps.

 

Also I have seen others with the same issue but have never actually seen an actual answer.

 

Hope there is a solution to this.

Is it normal to watch the doorbell remotely with mobile data? Does the doorbell's led appear to have an abnormal color?
