Hi, I've just set my camera up but I cant seem to get any voice out of my camera.

I have an android phone.

The alarm works but if I push the talk or call button it says "cant connect, try again later" however it is connected🤷🏼‍♀️

All speakers & microphones are turned up & on.

Hope someone can help me as this is hurting my brain😣

Is there any VPN enabled on your phone? Try disabling it first.

Make sure your Tapo App is updated. Test switching between WiFi and mobile data networks on your phone.
