I have successfully installed the Tapo DS230S1 Doorbell and H200 Hub, but the hub is in the bedroom connected to the router, so I don't hear it in the lounge when someone presses the doorbell, how can I have another Chime box located in the lounge which only has a wireless network available.

You can choose either a H100 or a H200 to work as another chime for the D230 doorbell. Refer to the guidance here to setup another chime for the doorbell. How to add another chime for the Tapo D230 when pressing the doorbell button

 

H200 can be switched to use WiFi connection after the setup: App -> Device Settings -> Network Connection, Setup WiFi Network
