Camara firmware update not available c520ws
Just got a notice of new firmware update for the C520WS for version 1.2.8. As i have 4 camera only one got updated while the others if i do check firmware, it tells me that i'm up to date with 1.2.7. Geeze, i hate being lied at as i know a new firmware is available.
Please update the App to say differently or that when one gets upgraded that the others too get done at same time. thanks.

Sorry Wayne, this is not the Solution. I understand how the firmware is being released but as I’ve said the application is telling us that we are up to date when in reality it’s not. When we do a manual firmware check and their is indeed a pending firmware being distributed then the app should say that pending software is coming. That would be the solution.

Generally, new firmware will be released in phases. It is not sent to all devices at the same time. The rollout will continue expanding until it reaches full coverage. Please wait patiently if your device has not yet received the new firmware.
If you are experiencing any problems with the smart device, please initiate a separate discussion for the problem.
