Can't use "Video Playback" menu on Tapo app connected to D230 Doorbell (w/ H200 Hub, local SD card)
I have D230S1 Doorbell and H200 Hub. The connection status is fine. (Doorbell signal "-67(RSSI)", Hub connected with ethernet cable)
When I try to watch the Live View of the doorbell, everyting works fine.
But whenever I try "Video Playback" from the SD card inserted to H200 hub (via Tapo mobile app), it doesn't work. No thumbnails, no videos.
It seems there are some recorded events and timestamps, but nothing works.
Whenever I touch one of thoese events, I can only see an error message saying "Network is unstable. Please try again later."
I think the SD card is fine. I can watch videos on SD card when insterted to my laptop and they are absolutely fine.
I tried many different SD cards (Sony, Samsung, Sandisk), formatting SD card in Tapo app, rebooting every devices, and reset-reconnecting every devices.
None of them worked, still I can't use "Video playback" on Tapo app.
Is this software issue? or hardware issue? What shoud I do?
