- Check whether the appliance connected to the smart plug exceeds the rated load. The smart plug can be damaged easily when it is in an overloaded state for an extended period.
- Unplug the smart plug for a while and change to a different outlet.

If the problem remains, contact the local support team to proceed with the warranty.
