Tapo Doorbell is not recording video after firmware update
My Doorbell has stopped automatic recording After the firmware update.
I have tried to connect the Customer Service but after 2 months no answer

And I had set the detection zone but the camera is still not recording
Have you redefined the detection zone after the firmware upgrade ? that's what got mine to record again

Stopped recording after 2nd Dec.
Tried redefining zones and still no luck.
It will give notifications but won't record.

Hi, I had a similar issue with my Tapo doorbell D230S1 where it just stopped recording. It had been working fine for a few months after I bought it, but then it just stopped. All my settings looked good and the microSD card had plenty of space - only 200MB used out of 64GB. But formatting the microSD card actually fixed the problem for me.

Check whether the microSD card used is a supported type by the Tapo camera. If it is unsuitable or of poor quality, it may fail during use at any time. What type of microSD card does Tapo Camera support?
