Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.9

Hi all,

For the past 3 weeks or so i have been suffering from total connection loss on all Decos. When running a network monitoring tool, all relevant results are normal; ping, jitter, speeds etc. The issue is the connection will completely drop on all devices for 4-5 seconds. All devices remain connected during this and all Deco's lights remain green. I am an engineer for my ISP, so i have done all of the relevant checks and usual fixes in my home and on the external network with no success. I have tried switching ethernet ports and cables, rolling back my Deco firmware, factory resetting all Decos and still have this issue. I have never had this issue in the past and have been running these particular units for the past 9 months or so. Has anyone else encountered this or a similar issue on this model or any other Deco model that could offer me some advice on what else could be causing this?
