Patrol Mode is not working on my Tapo C520WS
I mark 2 points for the patrol mode, and the rest time is 15 minutes, but it is only show the first point and after 15 minutes and more it still on the first point, it isnt rotate to the second point!

Check whether the Patrol Mode Schedule is set correctly. Do you see a prompt "Patrol Mode is on -- Turn Off" on the camera liveview page?
Try to restart the camera and re-enable the patrol mode.

Sorry, misreading... Is the pan&tilt feature normal? Check if the camera moves if you click different viewpoints.
How long have you been using this camera? Did this feature function before?

The pan&tilt feature still work as normal, the camera can move all different viewpoints. I have used it for a week. The patrol mode can not be used since i bought the camera.
