Firmware Version: 1.0.17

Hello I have two new cameras C410, one has the firmware 1.0.17 and the other 1.0.18.

 

The camera that has 1.0.18 its working well the beta solar energy production but the one that has 1.0.17 is not working.

 

¿how can upgrade to the 1.0.18?

 

¿Why I have the 1.0.18 that is supposed that not exists?

New firmware releases are typically done in stages and are not sent to all devices at once. If your device has not yet received this version of firmware, please be patient as the firmware release will gradually scale up to 100%.

 

Regarding your case, I recommend focusing on the product issue itself. Please share more details about the problem.

The problem with the solar is correct, when the battery is full there is not info.

 

Now I have a new update, now I have one camera with:

 

1.0.17 and the other 1.0.21 (this received a new update)

 

Seems that the camera with 1.0.17 is blocked in that version.

What info are you referring to? As I recall there is no prompt when the camera battery is fully charged with solar panel.
