  @Wayne-TP

Unfortunately issue come back again. I have same situation but the network strength is much better than before. Even placing plug near the access point is not helping at all. When I tried to connect the plug to the phone hotstop works ok but after trying connection to the AP - just not working. I'm not able to complete the configuration.

  @duszekmestre Same issue with mine. I found out that the Tapo Plug and the extension cord really don't work within a Deco mesh (more than one device) network.

It's amazing how TP-Link still has not discovered this and fix the bug.

I isolated the issue, created a new network with my old single unit of Deco X50-4G and both Tapo devices stay connected to Apple Home.

When I removed them, reset and add back to my existing network (X50-5G + X50), again they go down and cannot get connected again.

Even worse, I just discovered that the Deco network is now trying to play smart by kicking random devices offline after total devices in network exceed 25 devices. It's trying to play smart to cover the issue that the Deco unit is really underpowered and struggle to handle more than 25 devices. And it continuously go down randomly even more frequent now throughout the day.
