I purchased 3 S210 switch last week and want to pair with H200 but no luck. Why?
The switch is S210(EU) and hub is H200(US).
The Tapo SubGHz devices in different region codes cannot be paired together because they operate on different frequencies (EU: 866MHz, US: 922MHz). Introduce TP-Link SubGHz Technology
If you buy the devices from the same seller, contact them to exchange the wrong version. If devices are bought from different sellers, the seller may get the incorrect version from an unauthorized channel, it's recommended to return it and purchase it from an authorized seller. TP-Link Where To Buy
