Connect wired D130 Smart doorbell with H200 hub
Hi,
A friend of mine from USA brought me a wired Tapo D130 smart doorbell as a present (so item is bought in the USA). As a chime i wanted to use my H200 hub (bought in Europe, because I live in the Netherlands). The D130 Doorbell and H200 hub are installed correctly and are both visible in the Tapo app.
Now the problem is that i cannot connect this doorbell to the hub so that hub can function as chime.
When I'm trying to add the doorbell as a connected device to the hub in the Tapo app i can not select the D130 doorbell, it only knows the D230 doorbell.
The other way also doesn't work. When I try to add the hub H200 as a chime to the the doorbell in the app I can select the H200 hub but subsequently it not able to connect to it.
I'm guessing this might be because they are bought in different continents, but im not sure. Is there a way to fix this? For example a firmware upgrade/downgrade.
