Good afternoon, I ask for your help, how can I reduce the time after which the camera returns to its original position after no movement? I think she initially waits 30 seconds, I would really like to reduce this time to at least 10, is it really possible to do this? Help me with this please. Thank you

Hi,
Currently, the Tapo camera does not support the feature you want to use.
Would you please describe your usage scenario, and why do you want to reduce the time?
Best Regards

@Solla-topee Hi. I want to immediately apologize for communicating through a translator.

My camera is set up in a location where it monitors customers using the object tracking feature, but when customers give something to my employee, the camera starts tracking my employee and unfortunately I can't get the camera to go back to monitoring the entrance , because the employee moves for 30 seconds. All this time she looks at the employee.

I was able to solve my problem a little with automation.

I chose "when detects" Then "delay 10 seconds" Then "Pan and Tilt Control" That is, when the camera detects movement, it returns to its original position after 10 seconds.

In principle, this is enough, but I discovered one more peculiarity: judging by the execution history, the camera can only perform automation once per minute; it cannot return to its original position several times per minute. Therefore, when it follows an object for more than a minute, the automation does not work several times in a row and by default the camera will return to its original position only after 30 seconds, and not after 10, as I planned.
Sorry for the long text.
