New Release Support Added: Turn On/Off T100/T110 Sensor's Notification via Smart Action (Shortcut/Automation)

Description
In the Tapo app version 3.7.5xx and later versions, a new Action is added for Tapo T100 motion sensor and T110 contact sensor in Smart Action -- Turn On/Off Notifications.
Now device's notification feature of Tapo T100/T110 sensors can be controlled with Smart Action, either with a shortcut or automation.
*Note that if the sensor's notification schedule has been set, then when you use Smart Action to turn on sensor's notification feature, the sensor will still follow the set schedule.
To adjust the notification schedule of the sensor: go to sensor's device page > Device Settings > Notification.
