I also have the same calibration issue as the person in the thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/616282?replyId=1243826. It's not always going back to the exact last position if you have motion tracking enabled. I returned the first camera because customer service mentioned it was a hardward issue. But the second one has the exact same problem. The tilt option is often not going all the way up again and stating that it reached the highest point. When I reset calibratiion or tilt fully down and up again, it will allow me to go further up again. I also read in the thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/616282?replyId=1243826 that there was a new beta version available which should have solved this issue, but this was a message from almost a year ago. Is there a solution to solve this issue already?

Restarting the camera periodically will be helpful for this issue. Enable the Auto Reboot (camera Device Settings page > Reboot Camera > Auto Reboot.) for the camera if it is supported on your model.

Consider getting a replacement if the problem occurs frequently and your model does not support auto-reboot. For further assistance, please contact local TP-Link support

@Wayne-TP I sold the camera and will never buy a TP link again. I tried 2 C500 cams and all the same issues. Reading all the comments here, I am not the only one experiencing this. Support is only mentioning to replace or reboot! That's not helping,.. At all.

Rgds,

Casper
