Which Adapter Do I Need for Kasa KE100 with Danfoss RAV (update: RA-N) Valve?
Hi everyone,
I recently purchased the TP-Link Kasa KE100 smart thermostat, and I'm having trouble installing it on my radiator. The valve on my radiator appears to be a Danfoss RAV (update: RA-N!) type, but none of the included adapters in the Kasa KE100 package seem to fit properly.
The issue is that the valve stem is longer (about 1 or 2 cm longer than standard), so the thermostat cannot fully cover it. I’ve read that a special adapter might be needed to accommodate the longer valve stem, but I’m unsure which one to get or where to find it. The valve itself has a 1/2 inch thread.
Could you recommend a specific adapter for installing the Kasa KE100 on a Danfoss RAV (update: RA-N) valve? Any links or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help.
