No way to DL multiple files on C320WS??
Are you jokin? i just bought this cam that explicitly costs more than the "compepitors" and it took a lot of fiddlin to realize that THERE IS NO WAY TO DOWNLOAD multiple detections or continous recording, neither thru wifi nor thru the paid subscription?
how should a consumer use this camera seriously and effectively?
if you get 30-60 events per hour and you want to DL a couple of hours or an afternoon?
tap all of those one by one?
do you think the comsumers are hamsters or what?

a basic feature for a security camera, that if a problem happens (that can be very serious, shock or even death involved), the user can download whichever he wants the most simple way possible.
the type of fiddlin you describe even with the paid account is exactly the contrary of how a security cam should work
how on earth this not a feature yet?
and remove an SD card? from a unit thats designed to mount up high looking down?
you want your consumers to fall from a ladder or what?
