Hi, 

I have a Kasa KE100, I have replaced the thermostat on the radiator, and as far as I can tell I do not need an adapter. I have turned on the heating and calibrated it. 

The house is set to 19 degrees on the main thermostat but when I turn on the Kasa to heat where we are sitting to 22, you can heat the movement in the KE100, but it does not heat up at all. 

How do you fix this, I have 3 of them and currently cant use them for the intended purpose.
