Hardware Version: V10

Firmware Version: 1.3.6

Hi Support,

I would like to connect smart hub H200 into a WiFi which need both username and password to authenticate. However, Your Tapo app does not have an option to enter username. How cannInfix this problem ? Moreover, once it connected how can I find the IP address of the device and is there any web browser based application I can use to login and manage it ?

Tapo device does not support portal wifi that requires extra authentications.
