trying to connect my cameras but it keeps coming up with 'no available networks' there are no 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks around "

in settings on my iPhone when trying to connect to WiFi it says 'no internet connection" try restating modem or contact your ISP - have rebooted but no luck - whos the isp???

Refer to the instructions here to set up the camera step by step. How to set up the Tapo camera

The Tapo camera WiFi is used for configuration only, it does not have internet access. When the app asks you to connect to the camera wifi, simply go to WiFi settings to connect this wifi then go back to the Tapo app to continue the setup.

Check the suggestions here if you fail to setup the camera. What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
