Ability to set a delay after power loss

I'd like to have a feature where I can set a delay, let's say 60 seconds so when there is a power loss and then the electricity comes back, the switch will be back on after that configured value. So let's say the power goes down and then up, the plug will wait 60 seconds and then it will switch back on automatically.
