Hi Folk

Can anyone help or provide advice plaese :

(1) Im controlling a light via APP

(2) The device was deleted from the App by mistake

(3) Light is permanently on

(4) Is there any way I can reinstate the device on APP remotely or turn light off

I'm afraid there is no available method to help with this case remotely. Unless your phone has a poor network connection when you delete the smart plug, which makes the operation fail, then the smart plug should still visible in the app.
