I'm having trouble with connecting my camera to my preferred wifi network. 

 

It was connected to that wifi network before then I had to reset my camera and need to connect again, however, when I go through the whole setup, it is not scanning the same network it used to be connected before.

Please review your WiFi settings to determine if any parameters or features that are unsupported by the camera are enabled. Consider disabling these features or adjusting the settings to see if that resolves the issue. Download Manuals for Tapo C500

 

For example, the camera supports 2.4GHz WiFi only, if your wifi is a combined network, try to disable the 5GHz.
