Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 240621 Rel.162048

I have several P110s three on the same power strip. One has recently started losing its WiFi config powering on anx flashing green and amber ready to be reconfigured. I thought it may be bad signal but mored router extender nearer. Then I swapped positions with another the worked beside it. Fault stayed with plug. Is there anything I can do or is it too old to be supported?

Is this smart plug's LED flashing amber and green again when the problem occurs? This state indicates the smart plug returns to the default onboarding status. 

 

Please check if someone accidentally reset this plug, such as long pressing the power button, or deleting the device on the app?
