Cannot find anything under detection events to download

I cannot find anything to download to my app or the phone. Even know events are highlighted in orange on the app.

This model does not support playback thumbnails hence the event videos cannot be downloaded directly.
You can choose to export the video either by using the manual record tool in the Tapo app, or by reading the SD card on a computer (with an sd card reader).
