D210 not resetting after changing Internet provider
I have a Tapp D210, earlier today I changed Internet provider. Since then the doorbell light has been flashing red. Before today it was working perfectly.
I have tried to reset it by holding the button for up to 30 seconds but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
The WiFi is not picking it up, the app isn't finding it, and I believe Ive tried all trouble shooting steps but it's still the same.
Currently I have it charging and even with it charging the reset isn't working (using button 8 as described) It's probably a simple fix but I'm at a loss as to what I should do.
Does anyone have advice on what I should do or what I'm doing wrong?

Regarding the Tapo D210 being unable to reset and its LED indicator being unresponsive, here are some suggestions.
1. If the doorbell has the anti-theft alarm enabled, disable it first. The reset operation will not take effect if the anti-theft alarm is enabled. How to pause/stop the Anti-theft Alarm of your Tapo Doorbell
2. Make sure to reset the doorbell correctly: press and hold the SYNC/RESET button for about 5 seconds. The doorbell's LED indicator will blink red quickly while resetting, then turn to blinking red and green (ready for setup).
3. Remove the microSD card from the doorbell if any, then try to do the reset again.

Does the led show any changes when you reset it? Is the led blinking red slowly or fast?
Try to remove the microSD card from the doorbell and perform the reset again.

I've been having a similar problem. My internet was unstable a couple of times, the last time it knocked the camera off the network. So I asked my service provider to check it. Now I have a new gateway, but no matter what I try, I'm unable to get the doorbell connected to my WiFi. Every other device is working on it.
Did the reset without your microSD card work?

@Wayne-TP Something similar happened to me and I had the anti-theft alarm activated, now I can't restart the device and to top it off the alarm sounds constantly until I put it back on the base.
