Firmware Version: 1.1.14

Having just spent £149 on this Tapo D235 doorbell video camera. Why can't I set the date/time format to dd/mm/yyyy instead of yyyy/mm/dd. It is there in "on screen display settings" grey out and can't be changed.

I also purchased a Tapo D210 doorbell video camera and I have been able to set the date/time format.

So what is going on ?

D235 does not support changing the time format so far. It is planned in the next firmware, which is expected to be released within a month or two. You may keep an eye on the new firmware and its release note.

Thanks Wayne-TP for your reply. I have been emailing Tapo the last few days. And they are now talking about replacing my D235 video doorbell. So i do wonder if there is an issue. They have sent me screenshots showing the facility to change the date format on D235. So it appears the facility should be there and maybe not as you say due to be updated in the coming months. I will have to wait and see. Many thanks
