Hi,
The infrared lights on the camera provide additional illumination to help the camera's image sensor capture more detail and perform better in low-light environments. Without the infrared lights at night time, the cameras may display a black live view page.
If you switch the video mode from Night mode to Day mode on the camera's Live View page, the infrared lights on the camera will be turned off.
