Bug? H200 stuck on firmware 1.3.6, says "Firmware up to date", yet 1.4.0 has been out for a month
As subject, my H200 is ignoring the latest available firmware.
I've tried removing the SD card, rebooting, plugging straight into ethernet, rebooting, restarting the app.
Regardless, when I go to *this* H200 in the app -> settings -> Firmware update -> Check for update, it says "Firmware is up to date".
Despite it clearly showing 1.3.6 as the current version.
There is a complication here that may be surfacing a bug:
I also have a friend's H200, up the road from me, registered on my app, to monitor for a freeze alarm when she's away. I can see it has already updated to 1.4.0.
Yet despite this, the app is alerting me that *that* H200 has a new firmware available for it, which clearly it does not.
I tap through on that alert, it goes to firmware update, and ultimately says "The firmware of all connected devices is up to date".
Definition of "connected" here may be a bit woolly.
There is no such message alert for my local H200.
So I have two H200's registered in the same app, a local one on 1.3.6, and a remote one on 1.40.
As you can have multiple H200's registered, can Tapo please test this scenario, multiple H200's registered in the app, obviously one on a remote network, and see if firmware update works on the local one?
I'd rather not remove the remote H200 from my app, as I'll then not get any freeze alert, temperatures are hovering around freezing this week, and I'd have to go visit there to re-register that hub I expect.
Thanks.
