Smart Plug

Hi, I've just seperately updated the firmware on 4no p100 smart plugs and while I can still see them on the app, they've stopped working. I've tried deleting them and re adding & they load but then don't turn on and off on the app. I just get a hepatic vibration but nothing happens.. Can anybody shed any light? I can't 😶

Check the network connection on your phone. Switch to a different network, like another WiFi or use cellular data. Disable VPN if any.
Check whether the problem exists in the local control - when the phone connects to the same WiFi network as the smart plug.
Make sure your Tapo app is updated. Test whether the problem exists on another mobile device.
