Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.5

My Plug came Off line with a solid green light and would not reset with power cycle. I removed the plug from the app and tried to reset it but no combination of button presses will extinguish the solid green light. I have tried 5sec press, factory reset 10 se press 3 presses in quick succession an plunging it into different sockets. I canot get the light to blink orange and green it remains solid green when powered. Can you help

Remove the appliance and unplug the smart plug for some time, like 20-30 minutes. When plugging it back in, wait a while for it to restart, then perform the factory reset again: long-press the power button for 10 seconds.

If the smart plug still has no response, this device will need to be replaced. You can contact the retailer or the local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
