hello,
i still have the issue and it is via wifi conn. h200 disconnect at least once a day and i must restart manually/phisically the device, which is not convenient when we are not at home..
This is the second patch (1.50) since the original issue and i am atill not able to use the complete system properly connected to it since weeks ago. It means from remotely, full useless the system with connected devices without a daily manual restart.
Please test the new firmware correctly and with full care, i am using tplink devices since many years ago with the TapoCare subscription service, it would be appreciated to rely on the system, just like before!
If not possible, please let us know and we will start to migrate to another environment, as partly i had to do it already due to the actual bugs :/
thank you in advance
What's the led status of the hub when it disconnects? Is it disconnecting from wifi? Or the cloud (local only)?
If it is the wifi disconnection issue, check the signal strength on the hub. What's its RSSI rate? How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo&Kasa smart devices

Led is red when h200 is disconnected. Via the app, i cannot reach the hub and any connected devices, even on local conx. Icons are grey in the app and i must restart the device to work for another 24-36 hours max.
Thx for advice

I have similar issue but with H100 (v1 hardware)
I get the `Local Only` for only my h100. The rest of my devices (cameras, switches, bulbs, etc...) work properly with tapo and kasa app (local and remote)
I have updated the firmware to the latest version. My dns shows 8.8.8.8 as one of the options. But nothing works.
I have used my phone as a hotspot to connect the hub and then it works so there must be something that upsets the hub.... but it only happens for the hub.
This should not be that complicated to connect
