Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.10

hi all,

ive got the 360 camera mounted to the corner ofmy house.

in front of my house theres the driveway, to the left is the side of the house and down below and to the right is the side of the house where theres a open alley way (end of terrace)

ive noticed that whenever my family walk from the doorway to under neath the camera, it unable to quickly react to the person coming.

additionally, whenever someone walks  from the front gate to the door, its rotation tracking speed is very linear and slow.

could this be a wifi connectivity issue or is the motor limited to 1 axis rotation?

thanks!

Camera's moving path in motion tracking is similar to manual pan&tilt control in the app, it moves in two directions, vertically or horizontally. The moving speed and the tracking performance won't be as fast and accurate as those professional equipment. The camera might lose the activity if it passes camera's field of view very fast.

When a person enters camera field of view in a straight direction, for example, walking directly towards the camera, this movement will be less obvious so the camera may not capture it in time.
