Vacuum self empty base is not working

Dear Tapo, I'm encounter my vacuum base it's not doing self empty , there is sound but it's very weak, anyone able to help ?

I'm so disappointed at how TP-Link treated this issue , it's been so many days and no one replys my email, I was disappointed with other brand's navigation system that's why I choose TP-Link due to its reputation yet , such a big company and no one able to resolve this issue, I'd appreciate your immediate help and communication in resolving this issue.
