I have just onboxed a package of 2 C400S2 and a hub H200. During the installation tha app asked me to update the hub to the latest firmware ( 1.3.6 ).The update have now been going on for 30 min`s. How long time should it take?
Is the hub still wired to the router? What's the led status on the hub? If it turns solid green, you can force-close the app and reopen it, then check if a hub appears in the device list.
If not, try to do the setup again.
